Biased? Who, Me?

Out of four billion men on the planet, one hundred and eighty million in America, and just over two million in Cook County there's me. One man among billions. Unique? Not really. I'm a well-off, third-generation Midwesterner, solidly upper-middle class. Not quite an ``Everyman`` but close enough to count.

What follows is a collection of thoughts I began writing down in 2008, at the start of Obama's presidency. Whenever an idea struck or a memory demanded to be saved, I put it on paper. These pages hold my honest opinions on politics and Political Correctness nothing more, nothing less.

At best, they'll introduce you to a mature, unapologetically conservative man. At worst, they might spark some righteous anger. Either reaction works for me.

I stand by Churchill's words: If you're under thirty and not a liberal, you have no heart. If you're over thirty and not a conservative, you have no brain. I nearly joined the Peace Corps. I voted for JFK. But then I left home, read Atlas Shrugged, got a job, got married and ``grew a brain`` well before thirty.

Fair warning: I am a Conservative a strong one.
